Anda's neutralization process for producing Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate and its metathesis process for producing Potassium Nitrate are typical environmentally friendly processes:

The neutralization process is mild, energy-efficient, and utilizes recycled mother liquor, achieving near-zero wastewater discharge, minimal waste gas and solid waste, and high resource utilization.

Unlike the magnesium nitrate process in other regions, which produces difficult-to-treat byproduct MgCl2 and large amounts of production wastewater, Anda's metathesis process uses a closed-loop mother liquor circulation, which greatly reduces wastewater discharge. Its byproduct ammonium chloride is a high-quality nitrogen fertilizer that can be utilized as a resource. No large amounts of solid waste are generated, which significantly reduces energy consumption and pollutant emissions.

Both processes reduce pollution at the source, improve resource utilization, and achieve clean production, which is of great significance for protecting the ecological environment and promoting the green and low-carbon development of the chemical and fertilizer industries.
